Annie Zilius has contributed her considerable skills in healthcare transformation to Chicago-based business consultancy Huron, first as a senior director and then in her current position as Managing Director. Zilius leads Huron Healthcare’s Medical Group, Physician Enterprise, and Access to Care solutions. During her 17 years at Huron, she has worked closely with executives and clinical and operational leaders across the country on performance improvement engagements focused on care transformation, revenue generation, expense reduction, and strategic planning. Brad Michel is the North American Industry Lead for Life Sciences at Accenture, a global professional services company with leading capabilities in digital, cloud, and security. Bob Serrano is a Managing Partner at Kx Advisors, a growth strategy healthcare consulting firm. With offices in the U.S. and U.K., Kx Advisors excels in building new market strategies for pharmaceuticals, medical devices, diagnostics, and digital health. Serrano brings over 20 years of experience to clients ranging from startups to large, multinational companies, specializing in strategic planning, product development, and commercial launch. Colleen Hall is the Managing Principal for Healthcare Services within Crowe LLP. Hall has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry – with 17 of those spent providing consulting services to academic medical centers, community hospitals, health care systems, specialty hospitals, physician practices, clinics and other healthcare organizations. In addition to Hall’s responsibilities for the overall firm’s healthcare practice, she also leads Crowe’s national Revenue Cycle Consulting practice. As the Global Head of Life Sciences at Grant Thornton, David Dominguez has over 25 years of leadership experience, both within the private industry and as a business consultant, serving his clients in realizing business value. Dominguez’s experience spans across various industries with emphasis within the life sciences sector. Prior to joining Grant Thornton, Dominguez’s private industry experience included several years as an Electrical Engineer, Computer Programmer, and as an IT leader. Since joining GT in 2007, his leadership experience has expanded within Advisory Services with national and international focus on Strategy and Optimization, Performance Improvement, Program Management, Business Continuity, and other areas. Dominguez has led consulting services internationally, including within Canada, Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Ireland, Thailand, UK and Japan. Managing Director of the Healthcare Sector David Krahe brings more than twenty years of leadership experience to his work with Russell Reynolds Associates. Stephane Budel is more than a founding Partner at Decibio; a seasoned entrepreneur and veteran of the life sciences industry, he has worked to develop the new frontier in genomics and gene sequencing, working with dozens of clients in the research tools and clinical diagnostics fields. Roman Salasznyk leads Booz Allen’s life science practice and its support across the Department of Health and Human Services. Based out of our Bethesda, Maryland, office, Salasznyk has more than 20 years of experience in biomedical research, medical product and regulatory lifecycle development, and management and technology consulting. He manages a multidisciplinary team that supports initiatives aimed at expediting medical product approvals and scientific discoveries. Before joining Booz Allen in 2010, Salasznyk managed the clinical and regulatory development of cellular therapies to treat serious medical conditions for inflammatory, orthopedic, and cardiovascular indications at Osiris Therapeutics. His work included leading the company’s biological product development under a multimillion-dollar Department of Defense contract. Salasznyk is a certified project management professional. He was an Aspen Spotlight Health Scholar, has authored more than 10 peer-reviewed scientific publications, and holds a U.S. patent for the preparation and delivery of cellular therapeutics. He has a Ph.D. in biology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Kris Vilamaa is a Partner and Chief Growth Officer for Mostly Medicaid. Mostly Medicaid is one of the premier Medicaid consulting and marketing entities in the country, using best-in-class HHS expertise to help state and county government agencies, health plans, and solution providers to navigate a wide variety of challenges. In this role, Vilamaa has led engagements in twenty-three different states with hundreds of clients in his career. At Deloitte UK, Suzanne McDonald is a Consulting Partner with responsibility for the healthcare portfolio at Deloitte in Ireland. As a member of the Consulting team, McDonald focuses on providing health and social care clients with services ranging across strategy, risk and financial management, workforce planning, operational improvement and health technology. McDonald has over 25 years’ experience of working in the health sector – her experience includes social care, private healthcare, healthcare regulation and public health.

Her experience also includes 15 years’ working in pharmaceutical regulation, where she engaged with national and international bodies such as the Department of Health, the European Medicines Agency and the World Health Organisation. Dr. Velislava Ivanova is a recognized sustainability expert with over twenty-five years of wide international experience in developing and delivering sustainability strategies and programs for multinational corporations from various sectors including energy, manufacturing, retail, consumer goods and pharmaceuticals. She works successfully with senior executives in large and complex organizations to set sustainability ambition and goals, improve business performance and embed sustainability across their value chains and products.

In her role as the EY Americas Chief Sustainability Officer, Dr. Ivanova drives the advancement of EY’s Sustainability initiatives to increase the long-term value of the firm and its clients. She has recently been appointed the Global Strategy and Markets Leader for the EY Climate Change and Sustainability Services (CCaSS) practice. In this new role, she is responsible for the strategic direction and growth for EY CCaSS globally including focus on solutions, sectors, go to market and brand efforts. She oversees the development of consistent delivery methodologies, digital enablement, and innovation of EY sustainability services and the engagement of EY with sustainability partners and Alliances. Dr. Ivanova regularly engages with the analyst community and EY has been recognized consistently as the leading provider of sustainability practice in professional services globally.

Dr. Ivanova is the EY Liaison Delegate at WBCSD. Throughout her career, she has worked with the leading Sustainability organizations including CDP, WEF, SBTi, and UNGC. She regularly speaks at Sustainability forums and has published thought leadership on various topics including Sustainability strategy, Sustainable supply chains, climate and natural capital, and sustainability reporting.

She holds a PhD and MSc from the University of Manchester, UK and MSc from the University of Sofia, Bulgaria. She speaks five languages.

She was recognized among the Top 100 Women in Sustainability in 2022 and 2023 by the Sustainability Magazine, among the Top 100 CSO by the Sustainability Magazine in 2023, and among the Top 25 Sustainability Consultants and Leaders in 2022 and 2023 by the Consulting Report. In 2024, she was recognized among the Top 14 Inspiring Women Leading the Fight Against Climate Change by ESG News and among the Top 20 Chief Sustainability Officers by The Climate Insider.

Jerry Mathews is the Head of Healthcare & Lifesciences (HLS) Industry at Atos Americas. Mathews and his leadership team are responsible for a P&L of over $650 million in revenue, servicing North America’s broad healthcare ecosystem of Payers, Providers, Pharma/MedDevices/Distribution & Products. Mathews has also recently led multiple global executive leadership roles in the HLS industry at Atos, most recently as HLS head of global business platform, applications and digital services and HLS global industry head of Consulting, Portfolio & Presales, Marketing & Alliances. He graduated with honors in both Bachelors of Technology from Mahatma Gandhi University in India and an Executive Masters in Business Administration from Thunderbird/ASU, U.S. Mathews started with Atos Syntel in Mumbai, India, as a trainee out of college in 1996 and quickly moved up the leadership ranks and across the world. His leadership experience covers a range of areas from Consulting to Service Delivery to Sales and Services Enabler. He has held client partner & sales leadership positions both in North America and Europe for large strategic accounts in Banking and Financial Services and emerging verticals. In 2008, Mathews relocated to London from the US, as a key member of Syntel’s nascent EU leadership team gaining active experience building the geography and leading high-performance cross-functional teams. He moved back to the US in 2012 to join the HLS industry.
