She has been at the firm for more than 16 years and serves as Co-Managing Director of all operations in the USA and Head of Simon-Kucher's Healthcare & Life Sciences practice in the Americas. She is a trusted advisor to leading pharmaceutical and biotech companies across a wide range of therapeutic areas with a specialization in oncology and rare diseases and has extensive experience in the launch and commercialization of cell and gene therapies.
As one of the top executives in global healthcare consulting, Dr. Dupuy supports her clients in strategic pharmaceutical marketing, value-to-customer, product lifecycle strategies, and licensing and valuation. She is also regarded as a global leader in innovative pricing and market access strategies, market forecasting, and value communication.

Dr. Dupuy received her Ph.D. and M.Phil. in Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry from Yale University as an Anne M. Briscoe Fellow and a B.A. in Physics with honors from Wellesley College, where she was a Goldwater Scholar and a Schiff Fellow.
Amanda Bonser serves as the Public Sector Industry Leader for Huron, delivering top-tier innovative solutions to government clients and achieving record growth for Huron in this sector. She is responsible for setting Huron’s government strategy, achieving market growth, and ensuring high quality results are delivered to clients that help them achieve their mission. Under her leadership, the team’s portfolio of clients has expanded to over 24 agencies and continues to diversify by bringing industry leading capabilities in healthcare, digital and organizational transformation to the government. Building on her 20 years of experience across healthcare and government, she has focused on thought leadership and shaping policy around a wide range of key topics.
In addition to her significant career accomplishments, Bonser is passionate about giving back. For over a decade she has worked to bring greater equity to the workplace, co-chairing Huron’s Diversity and Inclusion Council and sponsoring their employee resource group that helps advance women in the workplace. She championed Huron’s first Women in Leadership Summit; and serves on the Host Committee for the Elizabeth Dole Foundation, passionately giving back to military and Veteran caregivers in our community. Her achievements in the consulting industry have been highlighted by her being named one of Consulting magazine’s Women Leaders in Consulting. Bonser earned an MBA and a BS in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Annie Zilius has contributed her considerable skills in healthcare transformation to Chicago-based business consultancy Huron, first as a senior director and then in her current position as Managing Director. Zilius leads Huron Healthcare’s Medical Group, Physician Enterprise, and Access to Care solutions. During her 17 years at Huron, she has worked closely with executives and clinical and operational leaders across the country on performance improvement engagements focused on care transformation, revenue generation, expense reduction, and strategic planning. Zilius and her team are especially focused on evolving the consumer and patient experience within healthcare and partner with academic medical centers, pediatric hospitals, and physician group practices on implementing detailed workflows and technologies to improve capacity and the physician experience, reduce appointment wait times, and enhance patient engagement.
Zilius lives in Seattle and is a longtime volunteer in the fields of cancer care and social action, working with civil rights nonprofit Mary’s Place and serving as vice president of the board of directors for Cancer Lifeline for several years.
Zilius earned a dual bachelor’s degree in economics and human development from UC San Diego and holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Washington’s Michael G. Foster School of Business.
Debbi Belanger is a partner at ClearView Healthcare Partners. She first joined the company in 2009 as managing director. Founded in Boston in 2007, ClearView Healthcare Partners is a global strategy consulting firm serving the life science sector. The firm combines international industry knowledge and scientific expertise across a range of therapeutic areas with an extensive network of external stakeholders to deliver practical and actionable recommendations to its clients. The firm’s projects include cross-functional support at the corporate, franchise, and product levels for pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, and diagnostics companies worldwide.
As part of the leadership team at ClearView, Belanger has worked with a range of pharma and biotech clients. While she has extensive experience across all major therapeutic areas and project types, she is an expert in orphan diseases, oncology, workshop facilitation, and pricing and market access. She led early commercial planning for orphan diseases at Agios Pharmaceuticals. She also has prior consulting experience from IMS Health, focused on pricing and market access. Debbi received her bachelor’s in biomedical engineering from Harvard University.
Kia McLain is a Healthcare Client Executive at North Highland, a leading change management and transformation consultancy. Kia has more than 15 years of healthcare management consulting experience and possess strong expertise in health care operations and implementing transformational care initiatives in both the private and public sectors.
Prior to joining North Highland, Kia was a member of Booz Allen Hamilton’s Civil Health Leadership team. She was involved in numerous high-profile engagements, including the implementation of the Affordable Care Act and establishment of the Health Insurance Marketplaces. She served as a trusted advisor and thought leader to clients working through organizational challenges, led large cross-functional teams, and managed a portfolio of contracts for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. She holds an MBA and MS in Health Care Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a BS in Biology from Howard University. She is also a certified Project Management Professional and Risk Management Professional.
Dr Nicole Mather leads IBM’s Life Sciences and Health Data consulting team located in London. Based on a vision to transform the future of the industry for patients, her teams bring world-leading business, digital and technology delivery capabilities to innovative pharma, growing SMEs and genomic research organisations. Through strategic partnerships with key players, IBM is enabling Life Sciences organisations with trustworthy approaches to Generative AI, deep experience in data & hybrid cloud infrastructure and driving transformation of customer and employee experiences. Drawing on the depth of expertise from IBM Research and IBM Technology, the teams deliver impact across the private and public sectors in partnership with Microsoft, AWS and Salesforce accelerating the diagnosis and development of treatments from cancer to COVID-19.
As Director of the Office for Life Sciences, Mather shaped the UK ecosystem, leading for government on the development of the Life Sciences Industrial Strategy and multi-billion pound Sector Deal to support the emergence of new UK industries in Genomics & early diagnosis. Mather is a Non- Executive Director of the Wellcome Sanger Centre. Previously, she worked as at Deloitte and AT Kearney. Nicole started her career as a research scientist and holds a DPhil, MSc and MA from the University of Oxford.
At Deloitte UK, Suzanne McDonald is a Consulting Partner with responsibility for the healthcare portfolio at Deloitte in Ireland. As a member of the Consulting team, McDonald focuses on providing health and social care clients with services ranging across strategy, risk and financial management, workforce planning, operational improvement and health technology. McDonald has over 25 years’ experience of working in the health sector – her experience includes social care, private healthcare, healthcare regulation and public health.
Her experience also includes 15 years’ working in pharmaceutical regulation, where she engaged with national and international bodies such as the Department of Health, the European Medicines Agency and the World Health Organisation. As an experienced Board member within a range of sectors including NGO, telecommunications, and higher education, McDonald also supports clients on governance matters. She is a member of the Institute of Directors (UK & Ireland), and with a special interest in healthcare technology she is a member of the Irish Computer Society and Health Information Society of Ireland (HISI). McDonald graduated from Trinity College Dublin with an undergraduate degree in information systems.
Venky Ananth is the Global Head of Infosys’ Healthcare industry vertical. In this role, he is responsible for profitable growth of the Healthcare business. His responsibilities straddle business growth, industry strategy, product IP, service innovation, execution, and building high performance teams. He actively manages critical relationships with senior client executives at Fortune 500 firms in the industry. In this role, he drove 2X growth in the last 4 years – doubling the Healthcare business and setting it on the path to be a Billion-dollar business. Ananth completed his Executive Global Leadership program at Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business; and his leadership Development Program at Harvard Business School. He also earned his undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore University.
As an accomplished and experienced executive in a high growth technology industry, Ananth has over 28 years of experience in the technology industry, including an entrepreneurial stint, with experiences and exposure straddling multiple industries and geographies. Dr. Velislava Ivanova is a recognized sustainability expert with over twenty-five years of wide international experience in developing and delivering sustainability strategies and programs for multinational corporations from various sectors including energy, manufacturing, retail, consumer goods and pharmaceuticals. She works successfully with senior executives in large and complex organizations to set sustainability ambition and goals, improve business performance and embed sustainability across their value chains and products.
In her role as the EY Americas Chief Sustainability Officer, Dr. Ivanova drives the advancement of EY’s Sustainability initiatives to increase the long-term value of the firm and its clients. She has recently been appointed the Global Strategy and Markets Leader for the EY Climate Change and Sustainability Services (CCaSS) practice. In this new role, she is responsible for the strategic direction and growth for EY CCaSS globally including focus on solutions, sectors, go to market and brand efforts. She oversees the development of consistent delivery methodologies, digital enablement, and innovation of EY sustainability services and the engagement of EY with sustainability partners and Alliances. Dr. Ivanova regularly engages with the analyst community and EY has been recognized consistently as the leading provider of sustainability practice in professional services globally.
Dr. Ivanova is the EY Liaison Delegate at WBCSD. Throughout her career, she has worked with the leading Sustainability organizations including CDP, WEF, SBTi, and UNGC. She regularly speaks at Sustainability forums and has published thought leadership on various topics including Sustainability strategy, Sustainable supply chains, climate and natural capital, and sustainability reporting.
She holds a PhD and MSc from the University of Manchester, UK and MSc from the University of Sofia, Bulgaria. She speaks five languages.
