Colleen Hall is the Managing Principal for Healthcare Services within Crowe LLP. Hall has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry – with 17 of those spent providing consulting services to academic medical centers, community hospitals, health care systems, specialty hospitals, physician practices, clinics and other healthcare organizations. In addition to Hall’s responsibilities for the overall firm’s healthcare practice, she also leads Crowe’s national Revenue Cycle Consulting practice. Hall has deep expertise and specialization within the areas of revenue capture performance, charge master and pricing, outpatient charge capture, patient status and utilization management and revenue cycle optimization.
Prior to joining Crowe, Hall was with Ernst & Young in their Health Sciences Advisory Services practice. She has an undergraduate degree in Health Services Management and an MBA, both from Robert Morris University. Hall has been named to the Who’s Who in America and has been recognized as one of the Top 20 people to know in Accounting by the Pittsburgh Business Times. Hall is the founder of the Healthcare Women’s Connexxt Program, which is designed to bring the business women of healthcare together in meaningful ways.
