Prior to beginning her tenure with Arthur D. Little, she distinguished herself with a decade-spanning career that brought her to PA Consulting, McKinsey & Company, and the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, as well as a remarkable 11 years at Boehringer Ingelheim as a leader in research for oncology and cardiovascular biologic development. Thomas earned a diploma in biochemistry from Universität Witten/Herdecke and a Ph.D. in the same field from ETH Zürich.
