The need for companies to integrate technology into nearly every aspect of their operations has increased with every passing year, and that transition was only accelerated by the COVID-19 pandemic. Regardless of industry or sector, if companies want to stay competitive and evolve with the demands of their customers, they need the agility that technology provides. Moreover, companies need experts to advise them on how to implement technology effectively. Fortunately, the top consulting firms have developed key competencies in many areas of technological transformation, from data and analytics to marketing and sales, cloud adoption, and beyond.
Some of the distinguished leaders on this year’s list include Sean McDevitt, Partner at Arthur D. Little, who has been pivotal in driving the firm’s growth and re-emergence as one of the premier management consulting firms in the U.S. Meanwhile, Ranjit Bawa, Principal at Deloitte, has helped build and scale several technology-centric practices for his firm, most recently around cloud technologies. And Harshul Asnani, SVP and Head of Tech Mahindra’s Global Technology Business, is an integral part of the leadership team and has been responsible for the firm’s growth in the technology sector and on the U.S. West Coast.
This year’s awardees were carefully evaluated based on a series of factors. While it is always difficult to select just 25 from the many nominations received, these leaders managed to stand out based on their demonstrated expertise, professional milestones, tenure in the industry, and capabilities in technological innovation. 1. Rakesh Khanna

Hailed as a visionary leader and technologist, Rakesh Khanna now serves as Chief Executive Officer of Atos Digital, the tech division of the French multinational IT service and consulting giant. Khanna brings to his position a history of success in strategy and operations within the banking and financial services sectors.
Prior to beginning his current post, Khanna served for 13 years at the helm of Syntel as Chief Operating Officer, CEO, and President before its acquisition by Atos earlier this year. He also worked as Oracle’s head of product and corporate marketing for the better part of a decade, and was group manager at Tata Burroughs Limited. He holds a degree in mechanical engineering from Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute (VJTI) as well as a master’s degree in marketing management from SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS).
2. Nikki Mendonça

Title: Global Managing Director, Software & Platforms Practice
In her position as Global Managing Director, Software & Platforms Practice at Accenture Song, Nikki Mendonça is responsible for driving marketing and sales growth for the company’s considerable software & platforms client portfolios. She previously served as the head of Accenture’s interactive operations division, leading a team of 16,000 marketing experts worldwide to direct multichannel solutions and improve business performance.
Mendonça boasts three decades of excellence in strategic and operational leadership, managing major media accounts at Omnicom and Publicis. She earned a bachelor’s degree in English and Spanish from the University of Wales, College of Cardiff, and pursued postgraduate study at Harvard Business School and the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
3. Alex Holt

Title: Partner, Global Head for Technology, Media & Telecommunications
Alex Holt is the Global Head for the multi-billion dollar Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) practice at KPMG. A seasoned executive with more than two decades of advisory experience in international business, Holt has been with KPMG since 2012. He began as a Partner and KPMG's Chief Operating Officer in the U.K., a position which led to him assuming leadership of the U.K. TMT sector in 2015. In his current role, Holt is in charge of thousands of KPMG professionals who serve clients across the TMT sector — from startups to trillion-dollar tech giants — with a full range of advisory, tax, and audit services. On top of that, Holt is the Global Lead Partner for some of the largest tech companies in the world.
Before KPMG, Holt held executive positions in organizations across the technology, media, and telecommunications industries for more than a decade. He also currently serves on the board of the anti-poverty charity JobTrain, which for 50 years has helped Silicon Valley’s most in need reclaim their lives from poverty and unemployment by preparing them for successful, sustainable careers in high-demand and emerging fields. Holt holds a management degree from Leeds University in England and is member of the Royal Television Society.
4. Ranjit Bawa

Title: Principal, US Cloud Leader
Ranjit Bawa is a Principal at Deloitte and currently leads the Cloud & Modern Engineering business. His teams provide enterprises with deep domain knowledge and cloud native engineering expertise to reimagine, build, and modernize business and technology capabilities. A growth-oriented leader, Bawa has helped build and scale several technology-centric practices for Deloitte, most recently around cloud technologies.
Since he joined Deloitte in 2001, Bawa has spent over two decades serving clients across a variety of industries, specifically capital markets, banking, high-tech, and insurance. His work spans business and technology strategy, large-scale technology transformations, new capability/product development, and operating model transformations — all focused on addressing urgent client business issues. Prior to Deloitte, Bawa spent his early career in aircraft engineering operations which stressed the importance of each decision in a complex, mission-critical system, and as a co-founder in an early-stage wireless startup. Bawa holds an MBA in strategy and finance and a bachelor of engineering in electrical and electronics engineering.
5. Rens Huizenga

Title: Vice President, Deputy Head of Cloud Center of Excellence Northern and Central Europe
Rens Huizenga is a Vice President and Deputy Head of Cloud Center of Excellence Northern and Central Europe for the IT services and consulting firm Capgemini. As one of the world’s foremost business leaders in cloud application landscapes, Huizenga has helped countless corporate clients not only move their business to modern cloud architecture, but has introduced unmatched modernization and business transformation services.
Huizenga has worked with Capgemini for more than 33 years, building a peerless track record of leadership and strategic excellence. After leading Capgemini’s business unit and practice management in the Netherlands for six years, he has held executive positions in cloud deployment since 2015. Huizenga holds a degree in business administration and management from the International Business School, and pursued further training at HBO Informatica.
6. Jeanette Calandra

Jeanette Calandra, 30-year PwC veteran, currently leads the firm’s Global Advisory Technology, Media, and Telecom (TMT) practice. She is responsible for strategy execution, growth, and innovation across a network of international firm territories. Calandra spent 15 years in Silicon Valley, where she served as the Managing Partner of PwC’s San Jose office. Through her delivery of cross-functional solutions, she has extensive experience leading the firm’s work with global Fortune 500 clients, as well as some of the most fast-paced disrupters and technology start-ups. She provides strategic and hands-on advice at the board and C-suite level, and across functional areas to transform, innovate, and scale their businesses.
Calandra combines her passion for technology and the community through serving in non-profit board and leadership roles, including with Project Glimmer, the Liberty Science Center, and previously the Children's Discovery Museum of San Jose. She is a frequent speaker at industry events around the world, moderating panels and speaking at conferences including Cannes Lions, the World Economic Forum in Davos, and the Consumer Electronics Show. Calandra received a bachelor’s degree in economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant in New York and California.
7. Sean McDevitt

Title: Partner and Head of USA TIME and Global Telecom Transaction Services Practices
Sean McDevitt is a Partner at Arthur D. Little based in Boston, and he is responsible for ADL’s business development initiatives in the U.S., steering top-tier telecom, broadband, and cable companies to stronger market positions and game-changing advances in their offerings and go-to-market approaches. McDevitt has extensive expertise in investment due diligence and M&A across both buy- and sell-side transactions.
McDevitt has over 25 years of experience in consulting and operating roles. At ADL, he has been pivotal in driving the firm’s growth and re-emergence as one of the premier management consulting firms in the U.S. Since re-entering the market in 2017, ADL now counts five of the top 10 U.S. telecom operators as clients. McDevitt also leads the firm’s recruiting efforts and has had an instrumental role in building the ADL USA team and company culture.
Prior to joining ADL, McDevitt was a vice president at Cartesian, where he led the North American Strategy and Management Consulting businesses. Previously, he held several executive positions in Europe, serving as Président-Directeur Général of Le Numéro France (118218) and COO of 118118//Media in the U.K. McDevitt remains active in ice hockey as a sled/paralympic, collegiate, high-school, and youth on-ice official. 8. Raghavan Sundararajan

Raghavan Sundararajan (Raghav) is a Senior Vice President leading the Digital and Engineering Business for Tech Industries/Hitech Vertical at HCLTech. With about 2 decades of experience across multiple disciplines, Sundararajan has been a pioneer in the manufacturing, HiTech, Digital, and Engineering practices at HCLTech. A technology enthusiast keen on the future of technology and trends, he brings a special focus on opportunities at the intersection of new technologies and various business models.
A leader with global exposure, Sundararajan has successfully led teams across multiple geographies. His business and technical expertise and innovative leadership qualities have placed him at the forefront of important business events. Sundararajan earned his Engineering (computer science) and MBA (operations management) degrees in India. He has also completed an Executive Master’s in management from the University of Virginia, and an Exec Education program at Paul Verge School of Business, UC Irvine. He is an advisory council member of Harvard Business Review. He also recently completed the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Program at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Sundararajan is based in the California bay area, and his philanthropic outreach includes education for children.
9. Harshul Asnani

Title: Senior Vice President and Global Head – Technology Business
As the Senior Vice President and Global Head of the Technology Business at Tech Mahindra, Harshul Asnani is part of the company’s executive leadership team responsible for the growth of the Hitech business globally. Prior to this role, he led the Communications business for the company across North America and LATAM.
Before joining Tech Mahindra in 2014, Asnani worked with technology products and consulting majors like Wipro, HCL, Prodapt, Patni (now Capgemini), and Compaq (now HP) in various leadership roles including P&L ownership, strategic alliances, and ecosystem development at a global level. Asnani specializes in business turnaround, building new markets in IT, engineering/R&D, and BPO. He is passionate about mentoring startups, creating high-performance teams, and helping customers with their digital transformation agendas.
A long time resident of San Francisco Bay Area, he serves on the board of the Bay Area Council and on the advisory board of the University of Washington Bothell School of Business, is a patron of Indiaspora, and is a TiE Silicon Valley Charter Member. Asnani holds an MBA from Faculty of Management Studies MSU, a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from LD College of Engineering, and has completed the Executive Management Development Program at Harvard Business School.
10. Anil Nanduru
Company: Genpact
Title: Global Business Leader, High Tech and Manufacturing
For more than 17 years, Anil Nanduru has been a leading figure at Genpact, a professional services provider with more than 100,000 employees. Based in New York City, the publicly traded company has a large footprint in the consulting space, having generated revenues north of $3.7 billion in 2021. Nanduru first joined Genpact in 2005. Working out of India then, he served as vice president of shared services, where he led a global team of 3,000+ professionals and increased revenue by 10X in two years. After nearly seven years, he began moving up Genpact's ranks, establishing a reputation for being a leader in sales, business operations, digital technologies, transformation, and six sigma. In March 2022, he began serving as the Global Business Leader for Genpact’s High Tech and Manufacturing (HMS) business.
Nanduru spent the first five years of his career at GE Capital, where he was a member of GE's Global Leadership Development Program. Furthermore, he is a certified Black Belt and Master Black Belt and holds a U.S. Patent on call-routing algorithms. Nanduru earned a degree in marketing and operations from the Indian Institute of Management in Bangalore and a bachelor's in mechanical engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru University.
11. Tara Duke

Title: Managing Director, Transformation
Tara Duke is a transformation leader who thrives on creating innovative solutions, marrying corporate strategy with cutting edge technology and accelerating competitive organizations in this digital age. Duke joined the Slalom Chicago leadership team to expand their expertise in strategy and transformation, in a market that has consistently performed exceptionally. Slalom is a global consultancy that is scaling rapidly and continues to win Best Place to Work awards.
Previously, Duke led transformation programs at Verizon, and her team won the CFO Award for achieving $2.9 billion on a $2.1 billion growth and cost reduction target, with projects spanning process redesign, AI incorporation, backend consolidation, and more. Duke was also part of the Dell Technology (DT) evolution, transforming how the company developed multi-product solutions for some of its largest global clients across 5+ DT companies including EMC, VMware, and Dell. This effort led to Duke and Dell Technologies winning client and industry awards. She received her MBA and an MS in information systems from Boston University. Duke is also a board member of the Chicago Children’s Advocacy Center, focused on healing abused children.
12. Vinod Bagal

Vinod Bagal is the President of Cloud and Infrastructure Services at DXC Technology, a Fortune 500 global IT services leader that employs more than 130,000 people across 70 countries. In his current position, Bagal is responsible for Cloud Right™, DXC’s cloud transformation approach to modernize, optimize, and integrate cloud and on-premises IT. Previously, he served as DXC's executive vice president of Global Delivery, where he focused on delivery innovation to improve service to DXC’s customers. This included process improvements, talent development, and innovative technologies, such as DXC Bionix, to automate delivery processes.
Prior to joining DXC, Bagal spent 25 years in the global technology services industry, including a stint at Cognizant as SVP of Global Technology Consulting & Multi-Service Integration, where he led the transformation of Cognizant's client delivery organization. Earlier, Bagal worked at Accenture for almost two decades. There, he held a series of senior leadership roles, including North America products industry delivery lead. Bagal earned a master’s degree in engineering management from George Washington University and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Mysore University, India.
13. Tamara Franklin

Tamara Franklin is the Chief Digital, Data & Analytics Officer for Marsh, the world’s leading insurance broker and risk advisor with more than 45,000 colleagues operating across 130 countries, serving commercial and individual clients with data-driven risk solutions and advisory services. Franklin joined Marsh in October 2020 and is currently responsible for a team of more than 500 whose members include veterans of companies including Accenture, American Express, Aon, Bain, Zurich, Travelers, Sony, JPMorgan Chase, and more. Franklin brings to insurance a fresh perspective and diverse background, having worked in various industries during times of disruption. Prior to Marsh, she served at IBM as its chief digital officer and then vice-president for media and entertainment and industry solutions for the North America region. Before that, she held an executive role at Scripps Networks Interactive (now Discovery). In addition, she was formerly vice president of business development at Turner Broadcasting Systems, which includes TBS, TNT, CNN, and the Cartoon Network. Franklin earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a bachelor's degree in English from Yale University.
14. Ann Bosche

Bain & Company Partner Ann Bosche is a member of the firm’s Technology and Cloud Services and Private Equity practices. 16. Anthony Ferrante

Anthony Ferrante is an expert in data privacy, compliance, and cybersecurity readiness, prevention, incident response, remediation, recovery, and complex investigation services. Ferrante, who has more than 25 years of top‐level cybersecurity experience, serves as Senior Managing Director and Global Head of Cybersecurity for FTI, one of the largest financial consulting firms in the world with more than 6,000 employees across 28 countries.
Ferrante has deep roots with the U.S. government. After joining the FBI as a special agent in 2005, he was later selected as a member of the FBI’s Cyber Action Team, a fly-team of experts who deploy globally to respond to the most critical cyber incidents on behalf of the U.S. government. He then went on to serve as Chief of Staff of the FBI’s Cyber Division, before joining the U.S. National Security Council at the White House as Director for Cyber Incident Response. In addition to government positions, for nearly 14 years Ferrante was an adjunct faculty member and co-director of cybersecurity research at the Fordham University Graduate School of Arts and Sciences. Previously, he received both his bachelor's and master's in computer science from Fordham.
17. Mario Desiderio

Mario Desiderio serves as Managing Director and Digital Capability Leader for Huron Consulting Group and has more than 25 years of experience working with business leaders across industries to navigate digital business transformation. Additionally, he was the founder of Infinis, Inc., which was acquired by WhittmanHart and subsequently by Rolta International. Mario is a recipient of Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year Award.
18. Scott Jones

Scott Jones serves as the Managing Director of Alvarez & Marsal’s Software, Technology & Services (STS) practice. Jones has more than 20 years of consulting and industry experience and has led due diligence for 100+ transactions across the technology sector. Among his significant accomplishments at the head of Alvarez & Marsal’s expansive tech division are planning and executing carve-outs from multiple Fortune 50 clients for private equity buyers.
Jones’ ongoing success with Alvarez & Marsal is a culmination of his vast experience in the consulting and technology sectors. Among his standout positions were seven years as KPMG’s lead partner in strategy and advisory for semiconductors and six years at Intel as senior finance and alliance manager. Jones earned a Juris Doctorate from Santa Clara University School of Law, an MBA in finance from the University of Arkansas, and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Centenary College of Louisiana.
19. Paul Ricci

Paul Ricci is a Partner and National Leader of CohnReznick’s Technology+ group. Over the last 17 years, Ricci has advised some of the largest companies in the U.S. and abroad on business strategy, major business transformation, process optimization, analytics enablement, system’s implementations, integrations, and conversions. He focuses on organizational entity and chart of accounts design, CRM, budgeting and forecasting, financial reporting, business intelligence, analytics, system selection, program and project management, change management, ERP implementations and upgrades, JD Edwards, IT strategy, data conversions, and integrations.
Prior to CohnReznick, Ricci was an audit professional at Deloitte serving U.S. and international clients. His work supported acquisitions and mergers, business process redesigns, and major data and chart of accounts conversions. Leading large project teams and significant customization efforts, he consistently achieved on-time, on-budget delivery. Ricci earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting and information systems from the Boston College Carroll School of Management, graduating summa cum laude and ranked 14th in his class.
20. Mike Taylor

Title: Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President, Services
As Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President, Services at World Wide Technology, one of TIME’s 100 most influential companies, Mike Taylor is focused on creating a new world through digital transformation. Taylor has been with the company for more than 20 years, ever since earning his bachelor's degree at Columbia College in Missouri. Over the years, Taylor has served in various roles of increasing responsibility at WWT. Outside the office, since 2014 Taylor has served on the board of directors for Nurses for Newborns, a non-profit that sends nurses to the homes of pregnant women or parents with infants who face medical, social, or environmental risks in order to prevent infant mortality, child abuse, and neglect.
21. Soumendra Mohanty

Mohanty is an accomplished thought leader and has published several books. He is tenacious in his quest for knowledge and modest in sharing experiences. As an effective communicator, he regularly speaks at various global forums, CDAO advisory gatherings, and educational institutions. He is an advisor to the Harvard Business Review (Analytics Stream) and holds a master’s degree in computer applications from the College of Engineering and Technology, Bhubaneswar, India.
22. Ben Gianni

Ben Gianni is the Chief Technology Officer and a Senior Vice President of General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT), a business unit of General Dynamics. Founded in 1982 and headquartered in Virginia, GDIT is a publicly traded aerospace and defense corporation — and one of the largest defense contractors for the U.S. government. Reporting to President Amy Gilliland, Gianni is in charge of the company’s fast-evolving solutions from conception to application. Additionally, he leads customer delivery on a key GDIT program. Prior to his current role, he served as GDIT’s Defense CTO.
A dedicated technologist, Gianni previously served as the vice president for delivery within the intelligence division at CSRA, a provider of information technology services to U.S. government clients in areas such as national security and civil government, among others. Before that, he was vice president for the civil group and held various leadership roles at CSC. Gianni earned a master’s in computer science from The Johns Hopkins University and a bachelor’s in industrial engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
23. Haluk Saker
Company: Booz Allen Hamilton
Title: Senior Vice President
A leader in the Chief Technology Office, Haluk Saker currently serves as Senior Vice President at consulting titan Booz Allen Hamilton. A visionary technologist and entrepreneur, Saker has designed and launched numerous cloud-based applications for the company. In addition to building major web solutions such as Recreation.gov, Saker is responsible for co-authoring the celebrated industry manual “The Enterprise DevOps Playbook.”
Saker has spent over 25 years with Booz Allen, rising from a software engineer to lead the company’s strategic innovations as director of its digital division. In addition to his role as SVP, he also currently serves as part-time CTO of Recreation.gov. Saker earned a master’s degree in engineering management from Marmara University, a master’s degree in management information systems from the University of Texas at Dallas, and a bachelor’s degree in electrical and electronics engineering from Boğaziçi University.
24. Justin Dustzadeh

Justin Dustzadeh is the Chief Technology Officer and an Executive Vice President for Equinix, the multinational data collection giant that boasts 240 data centers across 27 countries. Dustzadeh joined the company in 2019 and is responsible for developing the company's technology vision, strategy, and architecture. In addition, his team drives next-generation technology innovation and development while fostering industry engagements with a focus on the developer community.
Dustzadeh, who is a sought-after keynote speaker and an industry-recognized thought leader, has held executive roles at Visa, Huawei, Ericsson, AT&T, a Silicon Valley technology startup (which he co-founded), and two leading service providers in France. In addition, he has a long background advising startups, CEOs, and the investment community. Prior to Equinix, he served at Uber as head of the company’s Global Network & Software Platform. Before that, he spearheaded the transformation of Visa's global infrastructure (one of the world's most mission-critical environments) towards open, software-defined networking and cloud technologies. Dustzadeh holds a PhD and MS in computer science from Télécom Paris. He also has a bachelor's in theoretical physics from École Normale Supérieure (Ulm) in Paris.

As Conduent’s Chief Technology and Information Officer, Mark Prout oversees Conduent’s technology organization, including IT infrastructure as well as platform and application development. Conduent’s technology organization is the backbone of the company’s go-to-market offerings, and Prout is focused on continuously driving technology improvements with stability, security, and customer delivery as the number one focus.
Prout has more than 30 years of experience in numerous technical, management, and executive roles in a variety of industries, including internet services, financial services, and logistics services. He joined Conduent from Fiserv, where he most recently served as CTO and held several IT leadership positions during a 14-year span. At Fiserv, Prout oversaw the engineering, architectural, professional services, and operational services enterprise-wide. This included the data center consolidation program, public and private cloud strategies, and defining the company’s IT standards and policies. Prior to Fiserv, he served as CIO of Cendian Corporation, a venture fund startup focused on bringing technology to the chemical logistics industry. He began his career at United Parcel Service in development and served in several engineering and innovation leadership positions over his 13 years there. Prout obtained his bachelor’s in business management and programming from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
