With LST founded in 2000 and boasting 500 employees across two offices in the Washington, DC area, the acquisition bolsters Tetra Tech's federal IT practice within its government services group. Dan Batrack, Chairman and CEO of Tetra Tech, highlighted the combined capabilities of Tetra Tech and LST, emphasizing their commitment to providing the best data analytics, cybersecurity, and digital transformation solutions for critical infrastructure projects. LS Technologies' CEO, Allison Poltorak, expressed enthusiasm about joining Tetra Tech, citing the opportunity to deliver greater value to clients and provide growth opportunities for their 500 employees nationwide.
