Tom Wilkinson, the CEO and proprietor of Wilkinson Partners, will assume the position of Managing Bryan Marsal, Co-CEO and Co-Founder of A&M, emphasized the acquisition's significance in addressing evolving industry needs, stating that AMS combines A&M’s operational excellence with expert executive search capabilities. Peter Sacripanti, Managing Director at A&M, noted that this move acknowledges the critical role executive searches play in enhancing operational agility and strategic growth. Wilkinson indicated that AMS aims to deliver data-led talent consulting and expand into public board and C-suite searches across the US, Europe, and Asia. Established in 1983, A&M offers advisory, business performance improvement, and turnaround management services, leveraging its extensive expertise to provide practical solutions to complex client challenges.
