RealmOne, a technology services contractor backed by Enlightenment Capital, has announced its acquisition of Torin Consulting to bolster its capabilities in serving Department of Defense and Intelligence Community customers. Torin, based in Reston, Virginia, has been providing analytical and operational services, software development, The acquisition expands RealmOne's portfolio of specialized capabilities, particularly in the dynamic fields of cyber, data science, and automation. This move comes after RealmOne's launch in January 2024 as Enlightenment Capital's new cybersecurity and intelligence platform company, formed through the merger of four businesses: iNovex, Innoplex, Secure Innovations, and HTS Infosys. With more than $2 billion in prime contract awards and a workforce of approximately 1,000 employees dedicated to advancing national security objectives, RealmOne is poised to provide comprehensive solutions to its customers' evolving needs in the defense and intelligence sectors.
