three-year terms, Sternfels, with nearly 30 years of service at McKinsey, is set to continue his stewardship for a second and final term starting in July 2024. Notably, he becomes the 13th partner to lead McKinsey since its establishment in 1926.

With more than 700 senior partners casting votes, Sternfels' re-election underscores confidence in his leadership.
