Hunt comes to this role with more than twenty years of IT solutions and services experience, and particular expertise in emerging technologies. His purpose will be to push increased growth of CTG’s solutions business by developing crucial partnerships. He will also lead adoption of CTG’s Delivery Center model. His ability to follow through on strategic initiatives is sure to be a boon as the company expands.
Hunt has built his success through a strong knowledge and implementation of smart analytics, team-based communication, and a focus on understanding his clients’ needs.
Hunt spent twenty years at HP, as Worldwide Director of Security Solutions, Core Software Lab Director, and LaserJet Firmware R&D Director, amongst other positions.
Back in early March, in an effort to expand their presence in the growing global testing market, CTG acquired French testing company StarDust and launched Testing Solutions. In addition to establishing their foothold in France’s testing market, the move also extended CTG’s testing capabilities in the U.S. and Canada, as StarDust is a leader in testing and quality assurance for digital service companies in Marseilles and Montreal. The acquisition of StarDust is expected to add about $7 million in annual revenue.
CTG’s Testing Solutions will initially focus on healthcare and addresses the need for application testing. Their support team will help organizations overcome the risks and resource challenges they face when attempting to meet system needs with internal HIT teams, an issue which can jeopardize patient safety.
With 50 years of experience, CTG provides information, technology, and business solutions to industries spanning the gamut of healthcare and life sciences, oil and gas, retail and manufacturing, finance, government, and utilities. The company has locations in North America, Europe, and India, and holds partnerships with industry leaders like Microsoft. In their first-quarter report, the company announced $86.9 million in total revenue, two-thirds of which was generated in Europe, which is slightly more than last year.
