With more than 25 years of consulting experience, he sits at the intersection of business and technology. His primary areas of concentration include growth strategy, customer experience, loyalty, digital transformation, operating model development, spend optimization, process improvement, innovation and business enablement. He is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame.
