Stefan Becker leads the Regulatory Agency Programs (RAP) business unit within CGI Federal, a wholly-owned U.S. operating subsidiary of CGI Group, Inc. In this role, Becker oversees the development and execution of the business and solution strategy across a diverse portfolio of client organizations. Becker joined CGI in 2004 through the merger with American Management Systems, where he began his career in 1994. Becker has held a range of leadership roles guiding client engagements and CGI strategic initiatives in Europe and North America, spanning both the public and private sectors.
Becker’s passion for innovation keeps him at the forefront of emerging technologies. His areas of expertise include the design and implementation of transformative IT and business initiatives with a particular focus on digital transformation, process optimization and data analytics. Based on his knowledge of both public and private sector market dynamics, Becker offers innovative insights to apply commercial practices to the unique needs of government clients. Becker is a member of CGI’s Global Operations Team. He received a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Decision Sciences and Management Information Systems from George Mason University. He also holds a post-graduate professional certificate in Organization Development and Change Management from Georgetown University.
