Patrick Roche is a Senior Partner and former Managing Director of Boston Consulting Group's London office. Roche has extensive experience working across industries and geographies on all aspects of strategy, transformation, digital, organization, and operations--and specializes in strategy, transformation, and large-scale change. Roche works primarily in the public sector, health care (biopharma, medtech), and infrastructure. He co-leads the Public Sector practice for the UK, and is the global lead for public sector transport, cities, and infrastructure. Prior to BCG, Roche served as a consultant for Deloitte. He earned a Master of Engineering in engineering science from the University of Oxford.
