Michael Carrasco is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal’s Public Sector Services in Houston. With more than 22 years of experience, Carrasco has been an impactful leader in the Departments of Defense, Justice and State on matters affecting U.S. national security; provided management consulting services to multiple U.S. and foreign government agencies; and delivered legal advice to private sector clients around the world. Throughout his career, he has focused on solving problems with a practical and client-centered approach to accelerate value realization. Prior to joining A&M, he served as Managing Partner with a world-leading technology consulting business. Carrasco earned a bachelor’s in politics and law from the State University of New York at Binghamton and a JD from the University of Pittsburgh. He is a member of several state and federal attorneys’ bars.
