As a Partner at Kearney Middle East & Africa and Global Public Sector Practice Lead, Alessandro Massa advises senior leaders in public and private sector organizations. He has over 20 years of consulting and industry experience starting in Europe before moving to the Middle East in 2011. He is one of the founding members of Kearney’s Public Sector business in the Middle East & Africa region. Massa’s expertise covers national social & economic development, industries localization, economic diversification and institutions capability building, with a primary focus on achieving the expected benefits from governments’ visions and ambitions.
Notably, Massa established and led a center of excellence on Human Capital Development, which served regional stakeholders on national priorities including human capabilities development, talent attraction, labor localization and education quality enhancement. Prior to his move to Kearney in the Middle East & Africa, Massa worked across Europe serving leading Financial Institutions. He studied Economics, Finance and Financial Management at University of Rome Tor Vergata.
