Stephane Crosnier leads Accenture’s supply chain and operations practice in the U.K. and Ireland, where he helps clients digitally transform their logistics network for improved performance, resilience, and sustainability. He shapes supply chain and operations strategies, designing and implementing new capabilities through innovative technologies as well as performing turn-around interventions. His team has consistently been recognized as a market leader and received numerous industry accolades, more recently for its role in working with a consortium of leading aerospace and engineering businesses producing medical ventilators for the UK National Health Service during the COVID crisis - setting up and operating a new supply chain in record time.
