Mark leads KPMG’s People Consulting practice in the UK, providing workforce, learning and HR solutions designed to address organisations’ key people, change and talent issues in driving business performance. Mark’s particular areas of focus are HR and workforce transformation and learning solutions and the pivotal role that AI and technology plays in this.
His client experience spans industry sectors, including Financial Services, Defence, Government, Industrial Manufacturing, Telecoms and Media, Consumer Markets and Life Sciences, leading some of the largest learning, workforce and HR transformation programmes for these clients in the UK and globally.
Mark has over 30 years of experience in this area, working in industry and for a number of other global professional services organisations prior to KPMG. He is a frequent industry commentator and co-author of the well-established book guiding organisations in HR and workforce transformation – “Transforming HR – Creating value through people” – published by Elsevier.
